This price list is not an offer of sale within the meaning of art. 66 and the following articles of the Polish Civil Code.
The Landlord reserves the right to amend apartment rental prices. Current prices will be quoted at the request of a Client prior to booking and the Landlord may indicate a date until which such prices will be valid. Final and binding apartment rental price will be given in the Booking Confirmation. Should the Client change the original booking date, the Landlord shall have the right to quote a new price. |
